Capsular Contracture
– Baker Classification:
|
Class III – moderate firmness
– the breast is harder, the implant can be palpated easily
and it (or distortion from it) can be seen.
Class IV – severe contracture – the breast is hard,
tender, painful and cold, Distortion is often marked. |

The amount specified in the
schedule and the insured must bear in respect of any one claim
under this policy before the insurers shall be liable to prove
indemnity. |
